About the company
Aviva Vino was born in 2010 as an importer and distributor with the aim of achieving greater closeness and attention to detail for their customers. Their parent company, Avante Selecta, is the agri-food division of Corporación Inveravante that directs the project of launching quality products and services onto the premium market channels, both in Spain and the international arena. Avanteselecta mainly groups the investments that were made in the wine sector. It currently includes eight wineries, located in the top denominations of origin and geographical locations in the country, each one with a perfectly defined personality. They all have a common goal of pushing the autochthonous varieties of each region, as well as a constant search for excellence, rather than volume.
The wineries are Viña Nora, in Rías Baixas; Naia in Rueda; Obalo in Rioja; Dominio de Atauta in Ribera del Duero; Viñas del Cenit in Tierra del Vino, in Zamora; Mano a Mano in the geographic region of Tierra de Castilla; Bodega Pazos del Rey in Monterrei, and Álvaro Domecq S.L. in Jerez.
Given the strong international vocation from the beginning of Avanteselecta and to a market with huge potential which is the USA, Aviva Vino has now a portfolio of more than 200 wines from around the world that is in constant renewal and searching for new interesting oenological projects. Aviva Vino, has put special focus on Spanish wines, making an extraordinary outreach and promotion of the Spanish wine culture in the United States.
