Dashfire was founded by Lee Egbert in 2012, with the release of its signature product, Dashfire Vintage Orange No. 1 – a Bourbon barrel-aged orange bitters. Lee’s curiosity and creativity has led to a product line of 21 bitters that feature unique botanicals and highlight flavors from around the world.

Their line of Ready-to-Drink Cocktails launched in July 2019; and features 6 high-proof, complex, ready-to-drink cocktails, based on some of the best classic cocktails out there. The cocktails feature base spirits that are combined Dashfire-made extracts and bitters. The 100 ml cans are ready to be poured over ice for a perfect, premium craft cocktail at any time.

Initially found primarily in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area, Dashfire can now be found in bars, restaurants, liquor stores and specialty retail outlets across the United States as well as internationally in Canada, Italy & the UK.

Ready to Drink:
Bourbon Old Fashioned - Blend of 4 bitters, natural sugar cane juice, hint of cherry, vanilla, chicory and spirited with bourbon.
Elderflower Martinez - This twist on a classic has a pleasant sweetness of pear, tartness of apricot and the subtle aroma of elderflower.
Fig & Cascara Manhattan - This ready-to-pour Manhattan Cocktail is made with Rye Whiskey, Cream Sherry & bitters, elevated with the addition of Black Mission Fig, Cascara Cherry, Vanilla and Rhubarb Root.
Lemon & Lavender Martini - This ready-to-pour Martini stands apart from the rest. With subtle sweetness and an elegant aroma from lemon and lavender bitters, this is a classic with a twist.
Pomegranate El Presidente - Egbert’s version of this classic Cuban Cocktail has house-made grenadine, made from pure pomegranate juice, and cane sugar.
Chai White Russian - Made from Vodka, midwest heavy cream, and the already beautiful botanicals of their Chai’Walla bitters.

Dashfire Vintage Orange No. 1- Our signature product, Dashfire Vintage Orange Bitters is Minnesota’s first (and only) barrel-aged bitters. Fresh orange rind is combined with quality bourbon and select spices, and then aged in a Minnesota-made white oak barrel to incorporate the flavor and sugars of the oak. Perfect for the classics like Old Fashioneds and Manhattans.

Egbert's Cocktail Cherries - Rich and flavorful, these cherries rival their European cousins. A hint of warm fall spices make them the perfect addition to an Old Fashioned or Manhattan, or to any whiskey, vermouth, or brandy-based cocktail.

J.Thomas - Based on the original 1862 formula this bitter harkens back to an earlier time. Complex and sweet, featuring fresh lemon and orange, combined with rich and complex flavors like raisin and rosemary.
Classic Creole - Your Sazarac Cocktail will thank you. Our version of the classic uses only natural ingredients and honors the gentian-style bitter by featuring sweet flavors like pomegranate, making it rich in flavor and color.
Old Fashioned- Whether you're muddling an orange or just adding bitters to your whiskey, this cold weather bitter will round out your cocktail. This bitter honors the traditional Old Fashioned and its many spirited versions.
Spiced Apple - All that you would expect from such a comforting flavor. Warm spices meld with a mix of botanicals like juniper and pink peppercorn for a unique but easy-to-use bitter.

Mr. Lee's - The flavors are one of a kind but mirror the flavor of Chinese five-spice. All of my favorite Chinese spices are found here,: ginger, galanga, mandarin, lemon grass, sichuan peppercorn, star anise and many more.
Mole - This wonderful chocolate, spicy and slightly savory bitter was specifically designed to compliment tequila and mezcal cocktails but also tastes great with bitter orange Campari cocktails. It can bring flavor as a bitter or culinary partner, bringing the kitchen to the bar and the bar to the kitchen.
Chai'Walla - Inspired by our time in India and Sri Lanka this bitter is full of spices. Made with black tea, ginger juice, cardamom, cinnamon, clove and black pepper the flavor will transport you straight to the street chai’walla tea vendors of India. Add a few drops to a cocktail or to a glass of milk and sugar.
