We are delighted to invite you to a special event on Friday, October 25th, 2024, featuring Lorenzo Palla, Owner of Loredan Gasparini. Please join us at the Panebianco Wines offices (1140 Broadway, Suite 1201, NY) to discover the unique heritage and wine-making traditions of the Veneto region.

10:30 am – 12 pm:
SEMINAR
Lorenzo Palla will moderate a workshop focusing on the geographical significance of Montello and the history of Loredan Gasparini. This seminar will offer in-depth insights into the estate’s philosophy and its influence on the region’s wines.

12 pm – 3 pm:
TASTING
We invite you to a guided tasting featuring Loredan Gasparini’s signature Capo di Stato — including rare back vintages that showcase the expressive power and elegance of this iconic wine. The tasting will be accompanied by a curated selection of local delicacies, celebrating the rich flavors of the Veneto region.

Loredan Gasparini’s vine growers have been custodians of the Venegazzù di Volpago del Montello zone since 1950. Founded by Count Piero Loredan, the estate produces wines that reflect the synergy between its clay-rich, iron-laden soils and the area’s unique microclimate. With a focus on Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Malbec, Loredan Gasparini’s flagship Capo di Stato continues to embody the bold character and refinement of Montello’s terroir.

Panebianco imports Italian wines in the USA since 1995.

Panebianco Wines is a New York based Wine importer and distributor. The company is now owned and managed by Nunzio Castaldo, a veteran of the wine industry, who decided to pick up the baton left after the passing of Livio Panebianco, the original founder.

Panebianco’s team excels in knowledge and experience. Like good friends, who have dedicated their lives to promote wines and the education of their trade in New York, they decided to get together and honor their passion for this profession under the name of Livio Panebianco, who they had met and esteemed.
