On Tuesdays in January, we're hosting open house portfolio tastings at our office in Bushwick. Special guest pourers will include folks from Mezcal Mal Bien, Pollinator Spirits, Natterjack, La Maison & Velier, and more. We hear that Captain Cognac himself might even be in town for one of these.

While each tasting will have a focus, pretty much every bottle in our portfolio will be open and available to taste.

PM Spirits is a small New York-based import company specializing in the sourcing of rare, high-end and often geeky spirits with a focus on Cognac. Behind this intergalactic operation is Nicolas Palazzi, a French born and bred, brown spirits enthusiast with proprietary cellars in Cognac, France. PM Spirits, through its personal relationships with artisanal distillers, brings these unique limited-bottlings to the US to share with fellow connoisseurs.

PM Spirits source the ultimate in unadulterated, artisanal spirits for the US enthusiast with a strong emphasis on Cognac. We are constantly on the hunt for spirits which are not destined for the open market, coming from best family-run distillers. Nicolas spends a great deal of time cultivating relationships in Cognac and other regions that give rise to availability of single casks of rare, aged Cognacs and other intriguing distillates.

PM Spirit’s passion for artisan spirits has slowly broadened its focus over the years to include within its portfolio other small-scale hand-crafted distillates such as Sicilian Grappas, Spanish Absinthe, Mezcal, Rum, Armagnac or American Whiskeys.

PM stands for “Paul-Marie”. PM Spirits is a tribute to Nicolas’ late father, Paul-Marie Palazzi.
