Rue 38 wines range from solid values that walk that line between old and new world, to the esoteric, small production world of western Europe. Our love is finding wines that fit each shop, and helping sell right through to the final consumer. Our wines clearly rock, it's our job to make sure they are discovered! Rue 38 started in the spring of 2016. We felt we could leverage our contacts with importers, not yet represented in the state, to fit the ever changing marketplace in Minnesota. With founder Ed Schwarz and 20 year industry veteran Pete Fontaine, our wines are successfully filling niches both in the city and the suburbs, retail and restaurants.
