About this event

We are thrilled to host our first annual Burgundy portfolio tasting at Manhatta, one of New York’s most iconic venues. This is a special moment for us, and we cannot wait to share it with you.

The complete book of Juan Prieto will be on full display, with highlights including Domaine Lamy-Pillot from Chassagne-Montrachet, Domaine Seguin from Gevrey-Chambertin, and Domaine Albert Grivault from Meursault.

Alongside these, we are honored to present a selection of wines from Pearl of Burgundy, featuring domaines such as Alain Hudelot-Noëllat, Jean-Marie Fourrier, and Domaine des Chézeaux; names that represent the very soul of Burgundy and its extraordinary terroirs.

To complete the experience, a selection of wines from Olé & Obrigado will round out the tasting, bringing diversity and depth to the table.

About the company

About Olé & Obrigado

Olé & Obrigado represents a collection of fine wines crafted by family-owned wineries in Spain and Portugal. A collaboration among business partners Patrick Mata, Alberto Orte and Rui Abecassis, Olé & Obrigado is a highly specialized wine import company offering the most comprehensive and well-curated collection of wines from the Iberian Peninsula available in the U.S.

At Olé & Obrigado, our mission is to import soulful wines of exceptional quality from Spain and Portugal. We represent over 40 boutique producers from the Iberian Peninsula. Our wines are sold through our distributor partners in all 50 states. We self-distribute our wines in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania through our distribution company, Olé & Obrigado Direct.

We also support many charitable initiatives. One of the best examples of this philanthropic ethos is our Spanish rosé, Liquid Geography, from which 100% of profits are donated to charitable causes.
