About this event
This Champagne house owned and managed by a young woman winemaker, influenced by Burgundian winemaking, produces a unique champagne, that could send us back to what champagne was centuries ago, before the 2nd fermentation was technically mastered. The result
of her winemaking leaves a “petite mousse”, a delicate effervescence, a wine more than a bubbly one.
The winery makes a mere 2,500 cases. This style of champagne defines another Champagne stewarding than the classic #Champagne by the glass pouring, bottle service or sale in wine retail. The buyers will have access to taste the wines and case study seminars which will cover the key elements of the brand and the wine; will define the selling tools to help buyers.
