Stump Creek Sauvignon Blanc is a representation of the renowned Marlborough wine region. Quality fruit is selected from sustainably accredited vineyards from across the Wairau Valley, a sub-region of Marlborough. Winemaking is kept to a minimum to ensure the varietal fruit purity and Marlborough region characteristics shine through. Selected Sauvignon Blanc yeasts are used in batch ferments, which are stopped early to retain some natural sweetness that helps to balance the classic Marlborough acidity.
